Louis Flores has been a steady and passionate leader at Professional Salon Concepts since 1992, where he serves as Director of Internal Operations. With more than 30 years of experience in operations and organizational management, Louis is known for his thoughtful approach to team coordination, logistics, and long-term strategic planning. His leadership is grounded in trust, efficiency, and a genuine care for the people he works with.

Louis’ commitment to service extends far beyond the workplace. He has proudly served his community in various roles, including President of the Chaney-Monge Parent Athletic Association for four years and Vice President of Angels of Brave Heart for two. For eight years, he was also a devoted member of Team Flopez, supporting Relay for Life and raising awareness for cancer research and advocacy.

At the heart of Louis’ life is his family. He and his wife, Maria, have been married since 1984 and are the proud parents of two daughters, Elena and Stephanie. His values, rooted in connection, service, and integrity, closely align with the mission of The Mental Health Matters Foundation, and he is honored to support its work in the community.
